Synopsis: To amend sections 3313.60 and 3319.073 and to enact sections 3314.0310 and 3326.091 of the Revised Code with respect to age-appropriate student instruction in child sexual abuse and sexual violence prevention and in-service staff training in child sexual abuse prevention. In particular, each board shall incorporate training in school safety and violence prevention, including human trafficking content, into the in-service training required by division (A) of this section.
